環(huán)氧地坪漆顏填料主要是鈦白粉、氧化鐵紅、石英粉等，它們的比重比較大，在儲(chǔ)存一段時(shí)間后往往就會(huì)沉到油漆桶底部了。分散劑是將添加在南京環(huán)氧地坪漆內(nèi)的顏料、填料潤(rùn)濕和分散，以保持顏料、填料在環(huán)氧地坪漆內(nèi)的穩(wěn)定性。分散劑的存在對(duì)環(huán)氧地坪漆非常重要，否在，環(huán)氧地坪漆材料在存儲(chǔ)過(guò)程中就會(huì)發(fā)生沉淀，影響環(huán)氧地坪材料的正常使用。分散劑如何提高環(huán)氧地坪漆的穩(wěn)定性：

1、提升光澤,增加流平效果。即一定的平整度即可.

2、防止浮色發(fā)花.

3、提高著色力注意著色力在自動(dòng)調(diào)色系統(tǒng)中并非越高越好.

4、降低粘度,增加顏料載入量.

5、減少絮凝是這樣的,但越細(xì)粒子表面能越高,需要越高吸附強(qiáng)度的分散劑,但吸附強(qiáng)度太高的分散劑可能造成對(duì)涂膜性能的不利.

6、增加貯藏穩(wěn)定性其實(shí)原因和上相似,一旦分散劑穩(wěn)定強(qiáng)度不夠,反而貯藏穩(wěn)定性變差。

7、增加展色性,增加顏色飽和度、增加透明度(有機(jī)顏料)或遮蓋力(無(wú)機(jī)顏料).
