環(huán)氧地坪涂料來說,流平性是一個很重要的性能指標(biāo)。假如環(huán)氧地坪涂料的流平性不好,則涂膜表面不均一,出現(xiàn)明顯的刷痕,干燥過程中出現(xiàn)縮孔、針孔等弊病,損害其保護和美觀性能。改善流平性通常通過改善流平劑降低環(huán)氧地坪涂料與基材之間的表面張力,使環(huán)氧地坪涂料與基材具有更好的潤濕性,并在涂膜的表面形成單分子層,提供均一的表面張力,從而改善環(huán)氧地坪涂料的流平性能。常用的流平劑有三類:聚合物流平劑,有機硅類和氟碳化合物類。

不管是流動還是流平都是環(huán)氧地坪涂料的運動形式,都要受到環(huán)氧地坪涂料粘度的影響。地坪漆涂料流平性方面的黏度檢測,根據(jù)流通的特性分為牛頓型流動和非牛頓型流動,檢測方法很簡單,就是將地坪漆以固定角度倒入流量杯內(nèi),如果流出時間在150秒以內(nèi),則為黏度符合常規(guī)地坪漆施工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。地坪漆的黏度,技術(shù)上比較容易調(diào)整,如果黏度過高,可以適當(dāng)加入一些溶劑進行調(diào)低;如果黏度過低、可以添加一些增稠劑進行提高。

構(gòu)成涂膜形態(tài)不規(guī)整有兩種原因,一是由涂裝工具產(chǎn)生的痕跡,如刷痕取決于鬃毛刷的類型,刷痕的深淺不一。滾痕取決于滾涂機和繞線棒,滾涂或刮涂產(chǎn)生的凹凸的狀態(tài)不等。涂膜的不規(guī)整度越大流平越困難。二是基材形狀造成的,基材表面是粗糙的,要得到光滑平整的涂膜是比較困難的。找平的方法是刮胒子和厚涂底漆。遇到上述情況造成的表面流平問題,最好的辦法是保持涂料的高表面張力,增強基材潤濕鋪展能力,保持涂膜最佳極限厚度,采用良溶劑稀釋樹脂,并控制其揮發(fā)速度及平衡。

環(huán)氧地坪涂料的流平受粘度影響,粘度受溶劑影響。控制溶劑揮發(fā)速度,使環(huán)氧地坪涂料保持低粘度液態(tài)時間越長越有利于涂膜的流平,也就是說通過控制溶劑的揮發(fā)速度可獲得適宜的流平性。對環(huán)氧地坪涂料而言,溶劑的溶解參數(shù)不同,溶解力亦不同。溶解力強的,涂料固含量高,粘度低,流平性好,涂膜豐滿度高。混合溶劑的溶解參數(shù)一定要與樹脂匹配。混合溶劑多數(shù)是由真溶劑、稀釋劑和助溶劑組成,在溶劑揮發(fā)時一定要控制揮發(fā)平衡,溶劑揮發(fā)到最后,真溶劑要占相對大的比例。這樣可以保證涂膜在干燥過程中粘度不會發(fā)生突變,處于平衡增長的狀態(tài)。對涂料的流動與流平是有一定控制作用的。

The real solvents account for a relatively large proportion of the volatilization to the end. This ensures that the film viscosity does not change abruptly during drying and is in a state of balanced growth. It can control the flow and leveling of coatings.
