無(wú)錫固化劑地坪施工過(guò)程中，常常會(huì)用到混凝滲透硬化封閉劑，也就是常說(shuō)的混凝土密封固化劑，它對(duì)無(wú)錫固化劑地坪的整體質(zhì)量有著至關(guān)重要的影響。就目前而言，固化劑地坪中所用的混凝土密封固化劑已經(jīng)有三代產(chǎn)品了，不管是成分還是使用性能方面都發(fā)生了很大的改變。

第一代的是鈉基混凝土密封固化劑，在固化劑地坪施工的時(shí)候，適量的添加有助于提高混凝土的強(qiáng)度和耐磨性，但是如果控制不好的話，固化劑地坪表面就容易產(chǎn)品泛堿發(fā)白。 At present, the concrete sealant used in the curing agent floor has three generations of products, no matter the composition or performance has changed a lot.

到了第二代變成了鉀基混凝土密封固化劑，其性能比鈉基的稍微有所改進(jìn),但不是很明顯，所以這種產(chǎn)品在大陸市場(chǎng)不是很常見(jiàn)，固化劑地坪施工中很好會(huì)運(yùn)用到。

By the second generation, potassium-based concrete sealant and curing agent has been changed, its performance is slightly improved than sodium-based concrete sealant, but it is not very obvious, so this product is not very common in the mainland market, curing agent floor construction will be well used.

相比前兩代產(chǎn)品來(lái)說(shuō)，有明顯優(yōu)越性的就是第三代鋰基混凝土密封固化劑，當(dāng)然在固化劑地坪中合理使用之后，可以很大程度上降低或避免混凝土和耐磨地面的發(fā)絲狀裂紋,更大程度上提高混凝土和耐磨地面的抗壓強(qiáng)度和耐磨性，關(guān)鍵是還避免了泛堿發(fā)白的弊端。

Compared with the first two generations of products, the obvious advantage is the third generation lithium-based concrete sealant curing agent. Of course, after the reasonable use of the curing agent in the floor, it can reduce or avoid the hair-like cracks of concrete and wear-resistant ground to a great extent, and improve the compressive strength and wear resistance of concrete and wear-resistant ground to a greater extent. The key is to avoid the drawback of alkali whitening.

在實(shí)際施工方面，鋰基混凝土密封固化劑的運(yùn)用減少了清水沖洗基面的繁瑣工序，使得固化劑地坪的施工過(guò)程更加高效。因此這類固化劑已經(jīng)成為目前固化劑地坪中應(yīng)用較為普遍的材料之一。

In practical construction, the use of lithium-based concrete sealant reduces the cumbersome process of washing the base surface with clean water, and makes the construction process of the curing agent floor more efficient. Therefore, this kind of curing agent has become one of the most common materials used in curing agent flooring.
