進(jìn)行環(huán)氧地坪漆施工要求混凝土水泥地面強(qiáng)度在C20以上，否則不能施工，強(qiáng)行施工會出現(xiàn)環(huán)氧地坪涂膜與基面附著不良、環(huán)氧地坪容易被壓碎、拉裂等問題。但是在實際施工過程中并非所有的混凝土水泥地面強(qiáng)度都會達(dá)標(biāo)，環(huán)氧地坪漆施工時遇到地面強(qiáng)度不夠怎么解決呢?通常地坪漆施工基面強(qiáng)度低的原因有以下三種：

The construction of epoxy floor paint requires that the strength of concrete cement ground should be above C20. Otherwise, it can not be constructed. There will be some problems such as poor adhesion between epoxy floor coating and base, crushing and cracking of floor. 3、地面養(yǎng)護(hù)期的養(yǎng)護(hù)工作做得不到位。

地坪漆施工基面強(qiáng)度低解決辦法：

Solutions to low strength of floor paint construction base surface:

若地坪漆施工基面的強(qiáng)度與要求強(qiáng)度差距過大，地坪表面松散，則應(yīng)對地坪基面進(jìn)行銑刨處理，清除不達(dá)標(biāo)的混凝土，再重新澆筑強(qiáng)度足夠的混凝土。

If the strength gap between the construction base and the required strength is too large and the surface of the floor is loose, milling treatment should be carried out to remove the substandard concrete, and then re-pouring the concrete with sufficient strength.

影響環(huán)氧地坪漆底漆使用量的最主要因素是地坪漆施工基面的強(qiáng)度。施工環(huán)氧地坪漆一般要求混凝土地面的強(qiáng)度大于C20，若地面強(qiáng)度過低，地面疏松，易起砂，則環(huán)氧地坪底漆的使用量會大大增加。地面強(qiáng)度越低，底漆用量越大。

The most important factor affecting the use of epoxy floor paint primer is the strength of the construction base of the floor paint.
