環(huán)氧地坪漆施工后需要判斷其質(zhì)量好壞，我們可以通過以下性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行判斷：1、附著力：附著力是指南京環(huán)氧地坪漆膜與被涂基材表面之間或涂層之間相互結(jié)合的能力，又稱附著性。附著力是一項(xiàng)重要的技術(shù)指標(biāo)，是漆膜具備一系列性能的前提。附著力好的漆膜經(jīng)久耐用。附著力差的漆膜容易開裂、脫落，無法使用。

指環(huán)氧地坪漆施工的那層環(huán)氧地坪漆從底層到表層都固化完全所需要的時(shí)間。一般為24小時(shí)以內(nèi)。

物體表面被光照射時(shí)，光線朝一定方向反射的性能即為光澤。地坪漆漆膜光澤是其外觀質(zhì)量的重要指標(biāo)之一，關(guān)系到漆膜的使用性能，常用光澤度測(cè)定儀檢測(cè)，當(dāng)漆膜出現(xiàn)微縫、下陷和老化時(shí)，就開始失去光澤。影響地坪漆漆膜光澤的因素很多，主要有涂料品種與性能、基材性質(zhì)、涂飾方法、涂飾工藝等。

指地坪漆漆膜在外力拉伸的情況下，單位面上上不發(fā)生斷裂或塑變所能承受的力。一般環(huán)氧砂漿地坪漆拉升強(qiáng)度要求不小于70Mpa。

6. Hardness

硬度是地坪漆漆膜抵抗諸如碰撞、壓陷、擦劃等機(jī)械力作用的能力。 漆膜硬度高，則其表面機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，耐磨性好，能耐磕碰擦劃等。但是，漆膜硬度并非越高越好，過硬的漆膜容易脆裂，影響附著力，抗沖擊強(qiáng)度也低。

指地坪漆在外力下不彎曲折斷單位面積所承受的力。環(huán)氧砂漿地坪漆一般要求不低于6Mpa。

8. Impact Resistance

指地坪漆在被體以較高的速度沖擊時(shí)所能承受的力。一般要求1KG的物體從50cm高的物體下跌落，地坪漆漆膜無損。

Refers to the force that floor paint can withstand when the quilt is impacted at a higher speed. It is generally required that a 1KG object fall from a 50cm high object and the floor paint film is undamaged.9、耐磨性

9. Wear resistance

耐磨性表示地坪漆漆膜對(duì)摩擦作用的抵抗能力。 一般要求用重750G的物體，在失重的情況下，旋轉(zhuǎn)摩擦500圈，地坪漆前后重量不超過0.02克。

10. Heat Resistance

地坪漆漆膜的耐熱性是指漆膜抵抗熱量的能力。耐熱性差的漆膜遇熱可能出現(xiàn)變色、失光、印痕、鼓泡、起皺、開裂等現(xiàn)象。

The heat resistance of the floor paint film refers to the heat resistance of the paint film. The poor heat resistance paint film may appear discoloration, loss of gloss, imprint, bubbling, wrinkling, cracking and other phenomena when heated.
