環(huán)氧地坪漆也稱為環(huán)氧樹脂地坪漆，根據(jù)南京環(huán)氧地坪施工工藝的不同，可以分為環(huán)氧樹脂平涂環(huán)氧地坪、環(huán)氧砂漿環(huán)氧地坪、環(huán)氧自流平地坪和環(huán)氧防靜電自流平地坪等。對于環(huán)氧地坪漆刷幾遍的問題，不同的工藝做法都是有所差別的，施工的遍數(shù)更是要根據(jù)地面情況來確定的。1、環(huán)氧樹脂平涂地坪根據(jù)地面的好壞，環(huán)氧樹脂平涂地坪可以做成3遍(1底2面)和5遍(1底2中2面)。

1. Epoxy resin flat-coated floor

Epoxy floor paint is also known as epoxy resin floor paint. According to the different construction technology of epoxy floor paint, it can be divided into epoxy resin floor, epoxy mortar floor, epoxy self-leveling floor and epoxy anti-static self-leveling floor. For the epoxy floor paint brush several times, different processes are different, the number of times of construction is to be determined according to the ground conditions.According to the quality of the ground, epoxy flat floor can be made 3 times (1 bottom 2 sides) and 5 times (1 bottom 2 sides).

①.表面處理：依表面狀況做好打磨、修補、除塵工作。

②.高滲透底漆封底：用高滲透底漆封底涂一道，以強化基材表層和增強涂層間附著力根據(jù)基材密實程度和吸油量不同，應涂足夠

(2) High permeability primer sealing: A high permeability primer should be coated together to strengthen the surface layer of the base material and enhance the adhesion between the coatings, depending on the density of the base material and the amount of oil absorbed, it should be sufficiently coated.

③.環(huán)氧面漆二道：用環(huán)氧面漆滾涂二道，使地面防塵防水、耐磨耐腐蝕、易清潔。

(3) Two ways of epoxy finish: Rolling two ways with epoxy finish to make the ground dustproof, waterproof, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.施工工藝二

④.環(huán)氧面漆二道：用環(huán)氧面漆滾涂二道，使地面防塵防水、耐磨耐腐蝕、易清潔.

(4) Epoxy top coat two ways: roll-coating two ways with epoxy top coat to make the ground dustproof, waterproof, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. 

2、環(huán)氧砂漿地坪和環(huán)氧自流平地坪

2. Epoxy mortar floor and epoxy self-leveling floor

環(huán)氧砂漿地坪和環(huán)氧自流平地坪一般都是做5遍(1底2中2面)，差別在于面漆的不同。

Epoxy mortar floor and epoxy self-leveling floor are generally made five times (1 bottom 2 sides 2 sides), the difference lies in the different topcoat.

①.表面處理：依表面狀況做好打磨、修補、除塵工作。

Surface treatment: grinding, repairing and dust removal according to the surface condition.

②.高滲透底漆封底：用高滲透底漆封底涂一道，以強化基材表層和增強涂層間附著力根據(jù)基材密實程度和吸油量不同，應涂足夠

③.環(huán)氧砂漿一道：使用光磊無溶劑型環(huán)氧中涂漆(5:1)按比例混合后加適量40~100目石英砂攪拌均勻，用批刀整體滿刮1遍，待固化后，打磨批刀痕等缺陷處，并清理干凈。

(3) Epoxy mortar: use the solvent-free epoxy paint (5:1) proportionally mixed with 40-100 mesh quartz sand to mix evenly, scrape the whole batch knife once, after curing, polish the batch knife marks and other defects, and clean up.

④.環(huán)氧膩子一道：用環(huán)氧膩子施工一道，打磨平整、清掃、吸塵。

(4) Epoxy putty: use epoxy putty to construct one, polish, clean and dust.

⑤.環(huán)氧面漆二道：環(huán)氧砂漿地坪用環(huán)氧面漆滾涂二道;環(huán)氧自流平地坪先用批刀將自流平面漆批刮一遍，然后用鏝刀將自流平面漆鏝平。

_. Epoxy topcoat two: epoxy mortar floor with epoxy topcoat roll-coating two; epoxy self-leveling floor with batch knife to scrape the self-leveling surface paint batch once, and then with a shovel knife to leveling the self-leveling surface paint batch.

3、環(huán)氧防靜電自流平地坪

3. Epoxy anti-static self-leveling floor

環(huán)氧防靜電自流平地坪在基礎地面完好的情況下需要施工6道工序

The epoxy anti-static self-leveling floor needs six construction procedures when the foundation ground is intact.

①.基面處理：用無塵打磨機全面打磨車間地面，去除表面顆粒，雜質(zhì)等，并清掃干凈;

Base surface treatment: use dust-free grinder to completely polish the workshop floor, remove surface particles, impurities and so on, and clean up;

②.刷環(huán)氧封閉底漆：將按照比例調(diào)配好的環(huán)氧樹脂底漆涂料用滾筒或?qū)I(yè)刮刀進行滾涂或者刮涂，使材料均勻的涂抹在基礎地面之上，形成全封閉環(huán)氧底漆;

(2) Brush epoxy sealing primer: Roll or scrape the epoxy resin primer paint prepared according to the proportion with roller or professional scraper, so that the material is evenly coated on the base floor, forming a fully enclosed epoxy primer;

③.鋪設銅網(wǎng)層：將銅網(wǎng)以十字交叉的方式鋪設在底漆之上，形成導電銅網(wǎng)層;

(3) Laying copper mesh layer: laying copper mesh on primer in a cross way to form conductive copper mesh layer;

④.導靜電底漆：將導靜電底漆材料攪拌均勻后，采用滾涂涂裝

(4) Electrostatic conductive primer: After stirring the electrostatic conductive primer material evenly, roll coating is adopted.

⑤.導靜電中涂：待導靜電底漆固化后，用刮刀涂刷導靜電中涂漆

_. Electrostatic conduction coating: After the electrostatic conduction primer solidifies, use a scraper to brush the electrostatic conduction coating.

⑥防靜電面漆：使用鏝刀均勻的刮涂環(huán)氧樹脂防靜電自流平面漆，使其達到光滑、靚麗、防塵、防靜電地面。

_Anti-static topcoat: Use a shovel knife to scrape epoxy resin anti-static self-flow surface paint evenly to make it smooth, beautiful, dustproof, anti-static ground.
